Why We Do This
People often ask us why we chose real estate.
The truth is, it's never really about houses.
It's about people.
It's about sitting at a kitchen table with first-time buyers who are equal parts excited and terrified. It's about helping a family find the space they've been dreaming of. It's about walking alongside someone who's selling a home filled with decades of memories. It's about celebrating new beginnings and helping people through endings they never expected.

Every home has a story. Every client does too.
Here's ours.
We've learned that behind every transaction is a story.
Sometimes it's joyful. Sometimes it's heartbreaking. Sometimes, it's both.
After nearly 40 years of combined experience, we've come to realize that our job isn't to sell homes. Our job is to help people navigate one of the biggest transitions of their lives with honesty, patience, and someone in their corner.
That belief doesn't end when we leave the office.
Our community has become part of our story too.
Whether it's through Rockin' the Rideau, supporting local charities, volunteering, or simply showing up when someone needs a hand or a pressure-washer, we've always believed that success means very little if it isn't shared.
It's why we care the way we do.
What Working With Us Feels Like
When you work with us, you'll probably notice that we ask a lot of questions. We check in often. We celebrate your wins like they're our own. We tell you the truth, even when it's not the easiest thing to hear. And once the moving truck is gone, don't be surprised if we still reach out months or even years later just to see how you're doing.
Because that's what relationships look like.
Real estate has given us the privilege of meeting incredible people, building lifelong friendships, and making a small difference in the communities we call home.
We're grateful for every conversation, every family, every set of keys handed over, and every story we've been trusted to be part of.
At the end of the day, this has never been about selling houses.
It's always been about people.

People often ask us what it's like working together.
The answer?
We couldn't be more different.

Ron
Realtor ®
Ron is the one you'll probably meet first. He has a way of making everyone feel like an old friend, loves making people laugh, isn't afraid to put himself out there, and can walk through a house spotting things most people wouldn't even notice.

Christine
Broker ®
Christine is the one making sure every detail is looked after. She's always thinking ahead, making sure clients feel supported from beginning to end, and making sure no question goes unanswered. She genuinely loses sleep over making sure the people she cares about are taken care of.
Different Strengths, Same Values
Somehow... it works. Maybe because our strengths are different, but our values are exactly the same.
We've learned a few things after almost 40 years of combined experience.
Every superhero has an Achilles' heel. Ron's just happens to be paperwork.
Houses always find a way to surprise you.
Christine should probably stop answering emails at 11:30 p.m.
The best client relationships usually start with a conversation that has nothing to do with real estate.
